Seated Tastings

Valdemar Estates offers seated tastings. The wine menus feature wines from Valdemar Estates on one side and wines from Bodegas Valdemar, our parent winery in Rioja, on the other side. We offer flights of Spanish and Washington wines. Each wine on the menu is available for purchase by the glass or the bottle. Our restaurant prepares a variety of tapas, which are meant to be shared with the table and paired with wines. Please ask your tasting room associate for wine pairing recommendations.
