We’ll kick things off with a behind‑the‑scenes winery tour—wine in hand, of course—before diving into a guided tasting of six delicious Rhône‑style wines. Together, we'll break down what makes each one unique - without any pressure or pretense!

Paella Fiesta

Delight in a fun, social and engaging experience, inspired by sharing and bringing people together. This delicious, authentic Spanish rice feast is prepared LIVE right in front of you and your guests and is sure to create memorable moments!
Paella Experience includes:
Paella Feast for Lunch or Dinner: Renowned for its rich flavors, history and presentation, our paella is prepared with fresh, local ingredients and traditional recipes. Select either Chicken-Chorizo or Vegetarian Saffron Paella.
Tapa Side: Delicious tapa to share at the table, adding variety and flavor to your feast.
Seasonal salad course and authentic Basque cheesecake included.
Chef’s Insight: Receive a personal explanation from our Chef or Owner who will guide you through the story of Five Generations of winemaking and paella enjoyment in Spain, offering insights into the ingredients, flavors, and inspiration for this authentic experience.

Valdemar Estates’ Walla Walla location is a winery with tapas …and an experience you won’t forget. Our tasting room and tapas are an integrated experience. Tasting Flights and Tapas can be enjoyed with each reservation if desired.

Tasting flights are $25 and $30 for both Washington and Spanish wines. Wine Club Members receive complimentary tastings.
Pets are not allowed in the Walla Walla tasting room unless they are Task-Trained Service Animals.
We do not allow outside food or alcohol on site.
