Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 25 at 25.6 brix; fermented for 31 days; and aged 8 months in 45% new and 55% neutral, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

Aromas of violets, black cherry, graphite, earth, and sage. In the mouth, flavors of black tea, baking chocolate, and black currant. It has excellent freshness and depth with a full, long finish.  ​​
