Fermented in steel with 17 days of skin contact. Aged for 19 months in 22% New and 78% used French Oak.  

Tasting Notes

The terroir of this Walla Walla vineyard shines through vintage over vintage. Delicate floral aromas of violets, lilac and carnations, blackberry and dark chocolate. Bright fruit flavors of cranberry and pomegranate, dried herbs, and pink peppercorn.
