Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 18 at 24.4 brix; fermented for 32 days; and aged 18 months in 60% new and 40% neutral, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

Aromas of red cherry, earth, and sweet spice. On the palate, it is full and rich,  with notes of dark chocolate and cherry. It has a long, lush, and balanced finish.
