Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 28 at 25.1 brix; fermented for 25 days; and aged 16 months in 36% new and 64% neutral, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

This wine has aromas of bright, black currant with a hint of vanilla and oak. On the palate, it is bright and fruity, with a soy sauce-like sweet and savory edge. This is a well-crafted and enjoyable Cabernet.
