Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 19 at 24.1 brix; fermented for 60 days; aged 3 months in 36% new and 64% neutral, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

Subtle, seductive nose of Meyer lemon, guava, blood orange and fresh dough. The palate has notes of buttered toast, white nectarine and a lovely undercurrent of minerality. Harmonious, with a creamy texture followed by a refreshing finish.
