Our Chardonnay block in DuBrul Vineyard sits at the western edge of a steep hillside, where ample airflow cools vines even on 100-degree days, preserving the freshness of the fruit.

Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 24 at 22.6 brix; fermented for 58 days; and aged 16 months in 20% new and 80% 2-year-old, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

A study in apples — Cortland, Granny Smith, and Pink Ladies, along with apple blossoms and apple tart. On the palate, fennel, pear, and a lifted note lemon rind. Good length and freshness.
