Harvested September 4 and September 11 at 22.5 brix; fermented for 64 days; and aged 16 months in 60% new and 40% 2-year-old, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

Aromas of grilled bread, preserved lemons, and pear. Flavors of lemon custard and brioche.
