Winemaking Notes

Harvested October 3 at 25.2 brix; fermented for 21 days; and aged 15 months in 25% new and 75% 2- and 4-year-old, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

A complex, intriguing, and seductive aromatic mix, with blackberries, black olive tapenade, red beets and a gardenia-like floral note. Dense, savory and refined, a great blast of primeval Malbec fruit.
