Harvested September 30 at 23.7 brix; fermented for 45 days; and aged 4 months in 2-year-old and neutral French oak. 

Tasting Notes

A fresh, fragrant nose of Cortland apples, yellow pears, banana chips, and passion fruit. On the palate, quince and lemon marmalade. Fresh and incisive, firm with a structured finish.
