Winemaking Notes

Harvested by hand in the morning to preserve freshness. Fermentation and subsequent aging on lees for 4 months in steel tanks.   

Tasting Notes

Aromas of jasmine and almond blossoms. Clean and bright, with flavors of peach, tropical fruit, and melon.
