Harvested October 6th at 24.9 brix; fermented 16 days with skin contact; and aged 18 months in 32% new and 68% used, French oak.

Tasting Notes

Bold aromas of blackberries, plums, and roasted dark chocolate. More powerful black fruit on the palate enhanced by a savory twist of roasted coffee beans.  ​​
