Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 15th at 24.2 brix, concrete fermented for 22 days with skin contact; and aged 19 months in 15% new, 85% used, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

The terroir of this Walla Walla vineyard shines through. Delicate floral aromas of violets, lilac, carnations, blackberry, and dark chocolate. Bright fruit flavors of cranberry and pomegranate, dried herbs, and pink peppercorn.
