Fermented in steel with 13 days of skin contact. Cap management consisted of pump-overs twice daily. Aged in 30% new 500L puncheons and 70% used 500L puncheons.

Vibrant aromas of red plums, black berries, and spiced mulberries, balanced with subtle savory notes of star anise and olive tapenade.
