Our Chardonnay block in Dubrul Vineyard sits on a steep, north-facing hillside in Sunnyside, Yakima Valley. Planted in 1992, cool airflow and mature vine age preserve fruit freshness during hot summers.

Winemaking Notes

Barrel fermented in 20% new and 80% used French oak at low temperature (<64F) for 36 days to preserve aromatic esters. Biweekly bâtonnage for 4 months, and aged on original lees for 16 months to build body and mouthfeel.

Tasting Notes

Aromas of fresh pear, lemon rind, apricot, and brioche bun. On the palate, honeyed stone fruits and citrus, toasted macadamia nuts lend length and subtle creaminess to the finish.
