Winemaking Notes

Barrel fermented in 100% neutral French oak at low temperature (<64F) for 28 days to preserve aromatic esters and freshness. Aged on lees for 4 months without stirring.

Tasting Notes

Fresh aromas of nectarine, pear, white tea, and bay leaves. On the palate balances flavors of fresh-cut citrus, white peach, and a lean, focused, and long finish.
