Winemaking Notes

Harvested September 18 at 25.1 brix, fermented slowly for 31 days at cool temperature to preserve the fruit; and aged 12 months in 100% neutral, French oak. 

Tasting Notes

The terroir of this Walla Walla vineyard shines through. Aromas of blackberry, lilac, and chocolate. Flavors of cranberry, pomegranate, dried herbs, and ground pepper. Crisp with a distinct, savory fruit character.
